15 Month Apprenticeship
We are launching a fantastic Apprenticeship scheme and are looking for six Apprentice Customer Contact Agents to join us!
Whilst undertaking a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship programme which will be for a minimum of 12 months (plus a 3 month end placement assessment), you will promote and sell a range of our services and products, handle member and non-member enquiries and resolve complaints to the required standards. Providing an exceptional level of customer service, you will promote and sell a range of our services and products relating to Membership, Caravan Cover, Travel and UK sites, ensuring compliance with all standards. You will do this by taking inbound calls, making outbound calls, email, WebChat and social media if required.
About you
All that we ask is that you are educated to GCSE level (English & Maths at Level 4 or above) and ideally, but not essentially, hold A Levels (in any subject). Demonstrating a confident, empathetic and passionate approach to customer service, you will have good communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to adapt to new systems, changes and procedures as required.
Some exposure to a customer service environment would be advantageous, as would some knowledge of Google Suite, however these are by no means essential.

The role is for 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 08:45 16:45or09:30 17:30 (10:00 18:00, March August), rotated each week. This includes a 1 hour unpaid lunch break and 2 x 15 minute breaks.
Ideally, you will be able to work effectively from both home and our East Grinstead office location as required, although the majority of the working time will be office based.
We are looking at a start date of 3rd March 2025. Due to the training programme should you be successful at the interview stage, we would request that you do not book annual leave during your first 6 weeks of employment.
Due to FCA regulations candidates will need to provide relevant information to complete an Adverse Financial Check and Basic Criminal Records Check and these will be undertaken via Experian through a secure portal.
